Health is Wealth. To me making sure I do my workouts everyday is extremely important to my future & overall well being. There are so many beautiful murals in Wynwood Miami that when I show up early I love to walk around & admire the scenery. While in Miami my schedule consists of classes at Barry’s Bootcamp with trainer Rachel Robinson, Soul Cycle, & Barre at FlyWheel. There are so many delicious smoothie places in Miami to get a tasty reward. Plus you can walk to the beach after with your smoothie & catch some of Miami’s heat.
